Mr. Didi Ndiomu, a University of Maiduguri graduate, began his career in 1994 at Binan Nigeria Limited, specializing in crude oil logistics. Rising to General Manager within nine years, he founded Bronwen Energy Trading Limited, growing it into a leading indigenous petroleum trading company with an annual turnover over USD$2 billion. Passionate about African industrial transformation, he led Quinn McGrath Group’s acquisition of Nigerian Machine Tools Limited in 2007, propelling it to ISO certification and OEM approval, shaping Nigeria’s engineering industry.

Under Mr. Ndiomu’s leadership, NMTL achieved ISO certification in 2014 and secured its first OEM approval in 2015 from Shell for stud bolts and nuts. Subsequently, Exxon Mobil and Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas also approved NMTL as an OEM. In 2017, Shell granted OEM status for Flanges, leading to NMTL’s inclusion in TAMAP in 2021 and Bolts in 2022. Chevron Nigeria and Total Energies followed suit in 2018 and 2020, respectively. Widely recognized for diversifying NMTL, Mr. Ndiomu spearheaded NMT Protective Solutions, a subsidiary providing top-notch personal protective equipment with international certifications.

In 2017, Mr. Ndiomu strategically positioned Quinn McGrath Group in Nigeria’s agribusiness sector through Quinn McGrath Farms and Food Limited, making substantial investments in the agriculture value chain, with over 3,000 hectares dedicated to animal husbandry and farming. His diverse business acumen is evident in directorial roles across various companies, showcasing a commitment to knowledge acquisition and contributing to Nigeria’s agricultural renaissance.

He is currently a Director in several companies including Tank Farm Services Nigeria Limited, Bridgestone Nigeria Limited, Nigeria Machine Tools Limited, BDS Energy Services Limited, Drake & Sean Nigeria Limited, Satellite Oil and Gas limited, Quinn McGrath Farms, Quinn McGrath Foods, Quinn McGrath Environmental Services Limited and Badagry Ports Development Limited.

Mr. Norbert E. Chukwumah, a 1988 Law Graduate of the University of Jos and a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, is also an esteemed alumnus of the Harvard Business School, having successfully completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP). His professional journey includes working with LYNX Management Consultancy Nigeria Limited before joining Christaben Group Nigeria Limited in 1990 as Special Assistant to the Chairman. Over time, he ascended to the role of Executive Director in charge of Operations.

During his tenure, Mr. Chukwumah concurrently served as the company secretary of Hunting Oilfield Services Nigeria Limited, a joint venture with Hunting Oilfield Services International of the United Kingdom. Presently, he holds the position of Deputy Managing Director of Quinn McGrath Limited, serves as the CEO of Nigeria Machine Tools Limited (a subsidiary of Quinn McGrath Limited), and acts as the Chairman of Hydroqual Technologies Nigeria Limited—an environmental management company specializing in the treatment and processing of Oil and Gas Upstream Produced Water.

Uche Nweke is a seasoned professional with a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, an LLB from Lagos State University, a BL from Nigerian Law School Lagos, and an M.Sc. in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management from the University of Lagos with Distinction. With over 35 years of experience spanning Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Consulting, and Financial Services. Uche commenced his career at Unilever Nigeria Plc in 1987 as a Management Trainee in Human Resources, rising through various managerial roles in Human Resources and Marketing. Notably, he served as Chief Buyer in the Supply Chain Division and contributed his expertise to Unilever Zimbabwe during an international assignment. Throughout his career, Uche underwent extensive training in the UK, South Africa, India, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, and Kenya.

Beyond Unilever, Uche Nweke briefly held the position of Group Head Human Capital and Administration at AllStates Trust Bank Group/Linkage Assurance. Later, he joined South Atlantic Petroleum Ltd (SAPETRO) in November 2009, overseeing HR and Administration for both SAPETRO Nigeria and Benin Republic. Uche has excelled as a consultant in HR and supply chain management, contributing to various organizations. His journey continued with Quinn McGrath Group in June 2017, where he ascended to the role of Managing Director/CEO of Nigeria Machine Tools Ltd. Uche is a visionary leader adept at navigating diverse and international work environments.

Ms. Obehi Ojeaga has a rich and diverse career spanning over 18 years, she brings extensive expertise in driving growth and executing corporate strategies across various industries. Her experience encompasses FMCG, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, and the Oil and Gas sectors, with a footprint in the United Kingdom, Canada, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, and Nigeria. Throughout her professional journey, she has played pivotal roles in business development, relationship management, corporate social responsibility, investor relations, and corporate communications. Notable brands under her oversight include Oando PLC, MTech PLC, Clarins, Estee Lauder, Econet, Vmobile, MTN, and GLO.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs from the Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. Her professional affiliations include membership in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) in the United Kingdom, Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), and the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON).

Mr. Smart Idahosa, a finance graduate from Coventry University, UK, commenced his professional journey as a banking officer at First Atlantic Bank Limited in 2001. Specializing in corporate banking products and facilities for large corporate customers during his tenure, he accrued valuable experience in the financial sector.

Currently serving as the Finance Director at Nigeria Machine Tools Limited and the Group Finance Director at Quinn McGrath, Mr. Idahosa is also a Director in TNMT Agro Limited. In his capacity, he spearheads the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for the companies. His responsibilities extend to overseeing contract development and negotiation, managing the capital structure, and handling all financial-related matters. Mr. Smart Idahosa plays a pivotal role in driving financial excellence and strategic vision across the organizations.

Akinlolu Gbegbin is a seasoned Human Resource practitioner with over 20 years work experience with 17 years dedicated to HR management, Akinlolu excels in solving HR challenges, employee relations, and aligning performance with organizational goals.

Akinlolu worked as Head of departments and units at prominent organizations such as Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries, Honeywell Flour Mills, Nigeria-German Chemical Plc and UAC before joining QuinnMcGrath Limited. Akinlolu holds a master’s degree in human resource and industrial relations from Lagos State University. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) and the Nigerian Institute of Training & Development (NITAD).
